Video Camera Angle Exercise

Students learn to use the video camera to demonstrate an understanding of various techniques. They use the Shots and Angles handout to reference 5 video camera filming techniques, then compile the footage in iMovie to show their work. Movies are uploaded to Vimeo and then presented on their ePortfolios. This exercise is completed while working on the PSA #1 Assignment.

Reflection- I was the actress in this video, which was made by Kaitlin Pintens (http://blogs.4j.lane.edu/kpintens17/). The video was supposed to tell a story, and that was a day in the life of a klutzy person. We used different angles to tell the story. (Pan, tilt, handheld, zoom and dolly) As a T.A., I am not making these projects, so I starred in one. It turned out awesome!!!!! Shoutout to Kaitlin Pintens!!!!!!
