Description- Assignment #7 – Photoshop Personal Makeover

Students are to demonstrate their knowledge of using Photoshop tools including masking tools, image resizing and filters. They must use the a background image, a picture of themselves to match the story/theme of their background/fantasy, and then bring in a minimum of 4 images from the web to create a fantasy composite image that tells a story. Composition, masking, detail, perspective and other basic design technique will be included in the grading.

Reflection- I really enjoyed doing this project. First, I took a picture of me in a green screen room. I found a good background and added a tightrope to it. I put me on the tightrope, and then added other things into the picture. I added a sign, some rocks falling, and a plane carrying a GABBY! banner. I also filled the river below me with lava. I liked creating this picture, even though it only took 2 days. I hope I can work more with photoshop in the future!
