Assignment #6: Shots & Angles Story Exercise

Students learn to demonstrate an understanding of various techniques camera techniques. They use the Shots and Angles handout to reference 5 camera shots and 5 camera angles. Students will tell a story using images they take or gather from the internet, then compile the footage in iMovie to show their work. Students will provide their own soundtrack using Garage Band, then upload to their ePortfolios.

Reflection-

I made my shots and angles video these last 2 weeks. I used a camera to take all the pictures. Then, I used iMovie to put them together with text and transitions so that it would be exactly one minute long. After that, I went into Garageband and made my original soundtrack. I put in a few beats, and then the harmonica, and tambourine and shakers. I saved it to my files1 and then uploaded the video to Vimeo. I had a lot of fun with this project! I think I did pretty well. My music is somewhat strange, but I like it and I think I had subtle, smooth transitions. mrgreen:
