Description: Students pick a topic of their choice – preferably one they are passionate about, and can find enough supporting facts, evidence through research with online library resources and other web resources, research their topic and take notes using MS Word, learn how to make proper citations for a bibliography using MS Word, and write a minimum of 3 paragraphs (5-7 sentences each) using standard reporting formatting per specifications taught and modeled in class.
Reflection: For our very first assignment we had to write a three paragraph essay on any topic we want. We were allowed to search the web and get notes and citations organized on easy bib. First, I had to go onto various different websites and gather notes. After I had gotten enough notes I had to paraphrase the notes and then print them out. Once they were printed out I started my writing on Word doc. Lastly, I got three people to read my paper and help with mistakes, once that was done I had to save everything, do my bibliography and then I saved it to my word press. I put in a lot of effort into this project because this is a very fun class and my work quality was good because I got a lot of notes so that I have a good sized paper.
