Assignment #6:  6/11 Projects – Photo Manipulation

Students will use the knowledge they’ve gained from our introduction to Photoshop to create six of the eleven projects from a list of projects. Projects include: Disproportionate Photograph, Where am I?, Untruthful Photograph, Repetition, Photo Collage, Surrealism, Who’s in school?, Art Additions, Scale, Distorted Portrait and Transform an Image.

Reflection: I created six photos and manipulated them.  For Disproportionate I did a person doing a starjump in between bars.  For Repetition I took a picture of a waterfall I saw while taking a hike. For Scale I did people playing in my drink I got at a really yummy restaurant.  For Transform I put filters on a pretty mountain view that I took over the summer.  For Untruthful I did angels coming down and throwing roses.  for Who’s In School I did the model squad (Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevingne, Bella Hadid, and Alessandra Ambrosio) walking in Cal Young’s hallway.  I used Adobe Photoshop for Disproportionate, Scale,Who’s In School, Photo Repetition, and Untruthful.   I used Retrica for Repetition (to edit).  I took some photos off of the internet, and some I took myself.  I think I did a good job on this assignment.  I had a lot of fun with this project.
