This week I started working with Comic Life.  My first assignment in Comic Life was to create a four or more page BioPic.  The four main pages was you BioPic then your favorites, hobbies, and your career.  I drug in photos of family, friends, my hobbies, etc. My next assignment was extra credit and it was to take pictures of all your favorite things at Cal Young.  I went around and took pictures with Olivia and then we came back and exported them to Comic Life. It was really fun.  I can’t wait for the activity night tonight! This week I also have a super early volleyball at 8 am on saturday, and 2 or 3 more after that. Olivia came over on Thursday to have a sleepover so we  could get ready together for twin day, but then she got sick 🙁 She’s ok now though. I can’t believe its almost end of term! I will miss Tech Lit for sure.

This week in Tech Lit I started working in Comic Life.  I started creating my pages. My pages are my bio page, my favorites page, my hobbies page, and my career page.  I am just starting to download my pictures into Comic Life. I am connecting a thing to my phone and they uploaded to iPhoto. Comic Life is super fun. I have worked with it before and I have always liked it. I am learning some tricks and tips in this class. Today Olivia is coming home with me and we’re going to a holiday craft fair thing. 🙂 I have a few volleyball games this weekend.

This week in Tech Lit I started Adobe Photoshop! I love it so much! I finished my horse makeover which is pretty cool- beans if I do say so myself. 😀 I also am starting my personal makeover. I helped Olivia Gayles come up with an idea for her personal makeover. The idea was making friends with aliens. My project is going to be me in a haunted cornmaze and something is going to scare me. I also helped people with their horse projects. I am super excited for Halloween because I’m going to Halloween party. 🙂

This week in Tech Lit I started Adobe Photoshop. My assignment is a “horse makeover”. You have to take a horse picture from Mr. Schiff’s blog and save it to your files one. Then you have to open it into photoshop and then you can start layering and messing around. This week went by so quickly! Tonight is activity night. I’m in Leadership so I have to stay after school to set up. My friend is coming to help too. This weekend I’m going to the mall with a friend.

This week in Tech Lit I started working with Excel. I made a earthquake project, a windfall project, a temperature project, and I’m still working on a population project.  In each project I started making a table in Excel and then made it into a graph/chart. I then uploaded my chart into Word and typed up a little summery and the things I notice about the graph/chart.  I am so excited for tonight! I am going to the haunted corn maze with a bunch of my friends. 😀

This week in Tech Lit I finished my report on Coco Chanel. We had to write 3 or more paragraphs and add a lot of facts. I also helped a lot of people with their bibliography, changing their documents to PDFs, etc. I gave Mr.Schiff my final draft, rough draft, notes, and my bibliography. Today I am getting a haircut. Olivia is also coming home with me. 🙂 I am super excited for the four day weekend and the early release day! 🙂

This week in Tech Lit I finished my research paper on Coco Chanel.  I had three people check my paper and I uploaded my paper to my ePortfolio. All I need is to print out a final copy and staple my draft and notes to it and to upload my bibliography. It’s so weird! I can’t believe that it’s almost mid-term.  Tomorrow I am going to Crater Lake with my family and my neighbor. It is going to be so much fun!

This week in Tech Lit we started taking notes in EasyBib. I figured out why my notes kept deleting. T hey got put into the wrong folder. I also started my outline for Coco Chanel.  Tomorrow is CY We Walk. I am excited! 🙂 This week I have a dance class. I may also start community service for Leadership.

This week in TechLit we started EasyBib. Sam the librarian came in and showed us how to use it. I am doing a paper on Coco Chanel.  EasyBib keeps deleting my notes. 🙁  This week I have dance and volleyball.

This week in Tech Lit I completed my ePortfolio. I really like the ePortfolio, it’s really cool. This weekend for homework we have to think of a research topic. Also, this weekend I am going to a dance camp with my friend who goes to Kelly. We get to perform at a sports game too.
