The Ultimate BLT Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 Slices of Bread
- Mayonnaise
- 2 strips of Bacon
- Sliced Tomato
- Lettuce
- Spices or Herbs of your choice (suggestions: basil, cilantro, oregano and/or thyme).
Tools Needed:
- Cutting Board
- Chef’s Knife
- Butter Knife
- Non Stick Frying Pan
- Plate
- Spatula
Cooking Instructions:
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each piece of bread.
- Fry bread mayonnaise side down in frying pan until bread is toasted (but not burnt). Should take about 1 minute.
- Chop Tomato into slices. Chop Lettuce into sandwich size pieces.

- Put mayonnaise on the both sides of the bread that you did not fry. Now would be a good time to add your spices (if you prefer). Remember, a little bit of spice goes a long way!
- Build Your Sandwich in the following order:
- Lettuce
- Bacon
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Lettuce
- Cut in half and enjoy!
