Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tsp Butter, Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
  • Water, Milk or Cream

Tools Needed:

  • Non Stick Frying Pan
  • Bowl
  • Tablespoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • Spatula
  • Fork

Cooking Instructions:

  • Crack 2 Eggs Into A Bowl

  • Add a 1 tbsp of water.  Note: If you want creamer eggs, you may add milk or cream instead of water.

  • Mix with a fork.  You will know when you are finish mixing when your liquid is a consistent color.

  • Turn your stove to medium-low heat

  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of butter, olive oil or coconut oil to pan.

  • Wait for the oil to melt.  You will have a nice thin coating on your pan when the pan is ready.

  • Add your eggs to the pan.

  • Add a pinch of salt

  • Be patient!  Wait until you see the outside of the eggs set before you touch them.  You will know the eggs are setting when they turn a lighter color.

  • Use your to spatula to gently pull your eggs toward the middle of the pan

  • Keep pulling your eggs until the liquid disappears.  Then turn off your heat.
