Omelette Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 Eggs
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Fillings of Your Choice (Mushrooms, Peppers, Ham, Etc).

Tools Needed:

  • Non Stick Frying Pan
  • Bowl
  • Cheese Grater
  • Spatula
  • Fork

Cooking Instructions:

  • Crack Eggs Into A Bowl

  • Add A Pinch Of Salt and Pepper

  • Whisk Eggs with a Fork (or egg beater)

  • Put Frying Pan on Stove and turn to medium heat.  Add oil to the pan

  • Add Butter

  • Coat the Pan with Oil and Butter

  • Pour the eggs in the pan.  Move the eggs with your fork or spatula for the first 20 seconds. Tilt the pan to fill in where you make a hole.

  • After about 30 seconds, your eggs should start to set.  Turn the heat down and add cheddar cheese.

  • Add other meats and vegetables that you use.  Put them to one side of the omelette.

  • Pick the pan off the burner, tilt to one side and get your spatula underneath.  Gently flip the side on top of the other side.
