Cooking The Perfect Burger On The Stovetop

Ingredients

  • Pre Made Burger Paddy
  • Olive Oil
  • Seasoning of your choice

Tools Needed:

  • Frying Pan
  • Spatula
  • Spoon
  • Rack
  • Aluminium Foil

Instructions:

  • Defrost the burger for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.

  • Before Cooking, make a slight indentation in the center of your burger with a spoon.  This will help the burger keep its shape.

  • Brush your burger with olive oil

  • Heat your frying pan to the medium-high setting
  • Place your burger with the indent side up in the frying pan.  You should hear a sizzle when the burger hits the pan.  If you do not, turn your heat up.

  • Cook for 3-5 minutes.  Flip burger when bottom is seared.Screen Shot 2016-06-01 at 9.51.49 PM
  • Cook for another 3-5 minutes
  • Place your burger on a rack over a Plate

  • Cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes
