Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Butter, Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
- Water, Milk or Cream
Tools Needed:
- Non Stick Frying Pan
- Bowl
- Tablespoon
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Spatula
- Fork
Cooking Instructions:
- Crack 2 Eggs Into A Bowl
- Add a 1 tbsp of water. Note: If you want creamer eggs, you may add milk or cream instead of water.
- Mix with a fork. You will know when you are finish mixing when your liquid is a consistent color.
- Turn your stove to medium-low heat
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of butter, olive oil or coconut oil to pan.
- Wait for the oil to melt. You will have a nice thin coating on your pan when the pan is ready.
- Add your eggs to the pan.
- Add a pinch of salt
- Be patient! Wait until you see the outside of the eggs set before you touch them. You will know the eggs are setting when they turn a lighter color.
- Use your to spatula to gently pull your eggs toward the middle of the pan
- Keep pulling your eggs until the liquid disappears. Then turn off your heat.
- Transfer to plate and enjoy!
