Omelette Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Butter
- Cheddar Cheese
- Fillings of Your Choice (Mushrooms, Peppers, Ham, Etc).
Tools Needed:
- Non Stick Frying Pan
- Bowl
- Cheese Grater
- Spatula
- Fork
Cooking Instructions:
- Crack Eggs Into A Bowl
- Add A Pinch Of Salt and Pepper
- Whisk Eggs with a Fork (or egg beater)
- Put Frying Pan on Stove and turn to medium heat. Add oil to the pan
- Add Butter
- Coat the Pan with Oil and Butter
- Pour the eggs in the pan. Move the eggs with your fork or spatula for the first 20 seconds. Tilt the pan to fill in where you make a hole.
- After about 30 seconds, your eggs should start to set. Turn the heat down and add cheddar cheese.
- Add other meats and vegetables that you use. Put them to one side of the omelette.
- Loosen the edges of the omelette with your spatula
- Pick the pan off the burner, tilt to one side and get your spatula underneath. Gently flip the side on top of the other side.
