How To Roll And Shape Pizza/Margherita Pizza Recipe
Tools Needed:
- Rolling Pin
- Large Cutting Board or Flat Surface
- Parchment Paper
Ingredients:
- Pizza Dough
- Flour
Recipe:
- Sprinkle Flour on your Cutting Board
- Sprinkle flour on the top of your dough
- Place Rolling Pin In The Middle Of Dough:
- Roll away from you
- Pick up Rolling Pin, put back in middle of the dough
- Roll toward you
- Turn Your Dough Sideways and repeat
- Place pin in middle of dough, roll towards you
- Pick pin up, place in middle of dough, roll away from you.
- Repeat until the crust is as thin as as the back of your chef’s knife’s blade
- Pick the pizza up and place on parchment paper
- You are now ready for toppings!

- Brush
- Cheese Grater
- Spoon
Ingredients:
- Pizza Crust
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Tomato Sauce
- Fresh Basel
- Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
Recipe:
- Preheat Oven according to directions on Pizza Dough
- Sprinkle Olive Oil on your pizza crust
- Brush the oil over your crust. Make sure every inch of your pizza dough is covered in oil
- Sprinkle a pinch of kosher salt on the crust
- Spread Tomato Sauce on your Pizza crust. Do not over sauce your pizza! Less is more!
- Add Cheese:
- Add Basel
- Drizzle olive oil on the pizza
- Bake In Oven according to directions on Pizza Dough
- When the pizza comes out of the oven, paint the outside of the crust with olive oil
- Grate Parmesan Cheese over the pizza
