Guacamole Recipe

Guacamole (Makes 3 cups)

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe Haas avocados
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • 8 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup small-diced red onion (1 small onion)
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded, and small-diced

Tools Needed:

  • Bowl
  • Chef’s Knife
  • Spoon

Cooking Instructions:

  2. Add 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.  You can use fresh a lemon juice.Screen Shot 2016-03-27 at 2.11.26 PM

  8. Use your chef’s knife to slice through the avocados until they are finely diced.Screen Shot 2016-03-27 at 2.21.53 PM

  10. Toss with your spoon to mix the tomatoes.
