Grilled Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Slices of Bread
- Butter
- Cheddar Cheese
- Spices or Herbs of your choice (some good choices might be basil, cilantro)
Tools Needed:
- Non Stick Frying Pan
- Plate
- Cheese Grater
- Spatula
Cooking Instructions:
- Butter one slice of each of your pieces of bread. The butter will be easy to spread if it is at room temperature.
- Put one piece of bread butter side down
- Grate cheese using the large holes of a box grater
- Cover the whole surface of the bread with the cheese
- Preheat your pan for 2 minutes on medium
- Add your sandwich and cover for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, lift the sandwich with your spatula. If it is golden brown, flip over.
- After you flip, press down with your spatula.
- Cover and wait 2 minutes.
- You know your sandwich is finished when both sides are golden brown and you can see a little cheese ooze onto the pan.
