Cooking Instructions:

- Combine the Breadcrumbs and the parmesan cheese on to one plate. Blend with a Fork. If you want to add other spices, you can add them now.
- Drizzle Olive Oil on Baking Sheet
- Dip Chicken in Egg. Make sure the chicken is coated in egg.
- Once chicken is coated in egg, place in breadcrumbs/parmesan mix
- Place on Baking Sheet
- WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT STEP
- Place a thin slice of butter on top of your chicken
- Place Chicken in oven at 375 Degrees for 40 Minutes
- Enjoy!
But wait… How do I know if the chicken is cooked?
- You can use a Meat Thermometer. Put the Meat Thermometer in the thickest part of the meat. Make sure the tempature is at least 165 degrees.
- If you do not have a Meat Thermometer… cut your chicken with a fork and a knife. Make sure the meat is not pink, and the juices run clear.
