How To Mince Jalapeno
Be careful when you cut a jalapeño. Make sure you wash your hands with warm, soapy water after you touch the seeds and/or juice from the jalapeño. Do not touch your eyes!
Tools Needed:
- Cutting Board
- Chef’s Knife
Steps:
- Cut the stem off the jalapeño
- Cut the edges of the jalapeño. This will avoid the ribs and the seeds in the center.
- Line your cut pieces together, and mince.
