How To Saute Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil
  • Chopped or Julienne Cut Bell Pepper
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper

Tools Needed:

  • Frying Pan
  • Spatula
  • Plate

Cooking Instructions:

  • Turn burner to medium heat.  Put oil in pan.

  • Put Peppers in Pan

  • Toss with tongs when you begin cooking to insure the peppers are coated with olive oil.

  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

  • Let the peppers cook for 2 minutes

  • Once the peppers are cooked to your liking, take them off the stove and put them on a plate
