How To Saute Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- Chopped or Julienne Cut Bell Pepper
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
Tools Needed:
- Frying Pan
- Spatula
- Plate
Cooking Instructions:
- Turn burner to medium heat. Put oil in pan.
- Put Peppers in Pan
- Toss with tongs when you begin cooking to insure the peppers are coated with olive oil.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Let the peppers cook for 2 minutes
- Once the peppers are cooked to your liking, take them off the stove and put them on a plate
