Cooking The Perfect Burger On The Stovetop

Ingredients
- Pre Made Burger Paddy
- Olive Oil
- Seasoning of your choice
Tools Needed:
- Frying Pan
- Spatula
- Spoon
- Rack
- Aluminium Foil
Instructions:
- Defrost the burger for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.
- Before Cooking, make a slight indentation in the center of your burger with a spoon. This will help the burger keep its shape.
- Brush your burger with olive oil
- Heat your frying pan to the medium-high setting
- Place your burger with the indent side up in the frying pan. You should hear a sizzle when the burger hits the pan. If you do not, turn your heat up.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes. Flip burger when bottom is seared.
- Cook for another 3-5 minutes
- Place your burger on a rack over a Plate
- Cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes
- Add Seasoning and enjoy
