3 Easy Ways To Cook Bacon!

On The Stove (0:18-1:13 of video):

Tools Needed:
- Frying Pan (Best with high sides to reduce splatter
- Apron
- Tongs
- Plate
- Paper Towel
Cooking Instructions:
- Turn your burner to medium
- Lay a single layer of bacon strips in a pan. It is ok if they overlap.
- As the bacon sizzles, use tongs to turn over the strips. The cooking time depends on the thickness of your bacon and how crispy you like your bacon.
- As the strips finish cooking, take them off the pan and lay them on a plate draped with a paper towel.
In The Oven (1:14-2:13 of video):

Tools Needed:
- Baking sheet
- Flat Rack
- Aluminium Foil
- Plate
- Paper Towel
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Use a baking sheet with rimmed sides. Line the bottom of sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place a flat rack in the baking sheet
- Lay the bacon on a single layer on the rack
- Put the bacon in the oven
- Check Bacon after 5 minutes.
- After about ten minutes, take bacon out of the oven and turn over with tongs
- Keep checking on them until they are done to your liking.
- Once the bacon is cooked, lay them on a plate draped with a paper towel.
In The Microwave (2:14-3:12 of video):

Tools Needed:
- Microwave Safe Plate
- Paper Towels
Cooking Instructions:
- Layer 3 or 4 paper towels on a Microwave Safe Plate
- Put Bacon on plate in a single layer
- Place two layers of paper towels on top of bacon.
- Microwave on High For 2 Minutes
- Check bacon. If your microwave does not have a turntable, turn the plate. Microwave for 1 minute and check again. Cooking times vary depending on how you like your bacon.
- Put cooked bacon on a plate, and throw out your paper towels.
- Wipe down your microwave with a sponge and water when you are finished.
