I advise teachers to let each pair of student do their own balloon rocket.  The lesson plan is to make 2 for the entire class and make the students take turns.  (Investigation 1, Part 5)  Erika at Charlemagne

My first grade colleagues and I had troubles with the color dot stickers.  We found that duct tape worked better.Sometimes the dot stickers don’t stick very well.  Duct tape worked well.  Leah at Holt

The bubble solution has already been prepared for you from the warehouse.  

The cups provided in the Air and Wind kit to use with Inv 3 Bubbles in the Wind leak and tear when the bubble solution is put in the paper cups.  Make sure to use the plastic cups, or the plastic vials work even better too! (Investigation 3) Erika at Charlemagne
