Assignment #6:  6/11 Projects – Photo Manipulation

Students will use the knowledge they’ve gained from our introduction to Photoshop to create six of the eleven projects from a list of projects. Projects include: Disproportionate Photograph, Where am I?, Untruthful Photograph, Repetition, Photo Collage, Surrealism, Who’s in school?, Art Additions, Scale, Distorted Portrait and Transform an Image.

Reflection; For this assignment we had to choose 6 out of 11 photos to take and edit on photoshop.

The first photo I took the disproportionate photo, I took a photo of me and my locker, cut me out and put myself in it. The second photo I took is the where am I, I wanted to make it seem like we were drowning In soup so I took a picture of all of us looking like we were drowning and cut it out into the soup. The third photo I did was the surrealism picture, I wanted the eye to have a sunset in it, so I found an eye and a sunset, cut them out and put them together. The fourth photo I took is The Who’s in school photo, I chose random people to put in the photo, cut them out, and put them on the bench. The fifth photos I took was the scale photo, I had Else hold her history notebook , I cut it out and made it bigger. The last photo was the transform an image photo, I took a picture in the hallway and reflection on the floor and put a fun filter on it. 

I liked this assignment because we got to use photoshop for different things.
