Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon, goes on all these adventures trying to stop the evil Titan, Kronos. It is full of adventure and Greek Mythology and is lots of fun to read.

The characters in this book are Percy, Anabeth, Grover, Thala. The setting is the Empire State Building. While the gods are fighting Typoon Percy and friends have to defend Olympus (the Empire State Building). Luke and army is trying to invade and take over Olympus.

Grover needs to find the lost god Pan while Percy and friends try to stop kronos. Kronos is going to kill all the gods. The Labyrinth is a maze that no human can get through.

The whole gang needs to stop Luke from taking the world.

Percy Anabeth and Grover have found two half-bloods. They need to defeat Luke before winter Solstice or else Anabeth dies.

Percy, Annabeth and Tyson the cyclops have to go to the Sea of Monsters (aka Bermuda Triangle) to save their friend Grover, a satyr (aka half goat, half kid) and get the Golden Fleece, the only that that can save Camp Half-Blood (a camp for kids who are half-god, half-mortal) from getting overrun by monsters.

He goes to a camp called Camp Half-blood. Half bloods are half human and half god. He has to go on a quest to find Zeus’s missing lightning bolt.

Percy is blamed for stealing Zeus’s lightning bolt and has to get it and give it back. There are monsters to be fought on this quest. This is a great book, the start of a series.

This book compels the reader to read the rest of Riordan’s series as Percy Jackson takes on the case of Zeus’s stolen lightning bolt.  Zeus’s bolt is missing and Percy is blamed.  Percy just happens to be the son of the sea god Poseidon.  Percy must travel through the underworld .  He is betrayed by a friend and has to fight a relative.

People are getting  strange sickness, turns out someone (a rogue Greek God) is stealing their shadows.  He plans on using the shadows to form an army to overthrow Hades.  Zee and Charlotte (cousins) must stop him at all costs.
