IMG_2911Remember: The Mix It Up Assembly will take place on Tuesday, May 13 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.  It will be amazing.  We will have guest speakers, free pizza, fun games and fantastic prizes.  Many students are in the building on Tuesday afternoons… make it a plan to Mix It Up on May 13!

As most of you know, the Connections staff meets each Wednesday for a meeting.  Last week, we spoke about expected student behavior.  Our goal is for Connections to be a safe and welcome place for all.  The staff would like to post the following behavioral expectations for students:

Student Behavior Expectations

Each student will try his or her hardest to edit their comments to be constructive, positive, and refrain from negative comments.

All students will try to problem solve on their own first; if they can not come to a solution, they will remove themselves from the situation and communicate their issue with Connections Staff.

All students will genuinely treat all staff and students with respect. This includes following rules and policies (not looking for loopholes in rules). Students will be given a chance to rewind and correct his or her behavior if they do not treat others respectfully.

If students cannot remain respectful or engages in bullying behavior they will be asked to go home for the day.
