Week #3  Taco Spaghetti! 

Measurement Used :

1 pound Ground Beef

1 to 2 cups Fresh Grated Cheddar Cheese

1/4 cup Chopped Onion

1 package Taco Seasoning

1- 14oz Diced Tomatoes with Chiles

2 to 3 Chopped Garlic Cloves

2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro

8oz Spaghetti pasta noodles

2 cups Beef Broth, Chicken Broth or Water

Week #2 Apple Brown Betty

After class I found this great video on how to make Apple Brown Betty.  She layers her apples and topping!  Sounds amazing!
