Spring Term 2024
Week #4 Pork Chops & Mac and Cheese:
We had planned to grill the pork chops outside this week however the weather didn’t allow for that. We came up with an indoor back up plan to Air Fry the chops. The air fryers we have are small so it took awhile to cook them … thankfully in the end they turned out really delicious! Definitely worth the wait!
This mac and cheese is super easy! It has only 3 ingredients, and is so creamy, cheesy! Sevyn and Ian chose to add more herbs and spices & the flavor was amazing! The twist on this classic recipe is to cook the noodles in milk! I feel that this recipe did under estimates the amount of milk needed so if you make this at home be prepared to add 1-2 cups more milk or water while cooking the pasta.
