Weekly Update: This week I accomplished a couple of my weekly goals, but not all of them. On Tuesday I go all the advertisers and where we stand with them figured out, and we called a couple of possible companies. On Wednesday, we had a meeting with Mr. Schiff, and we got a lot of things straightened out, it was very productive. On Thursday, we got a check in and sent out a thank you letter to a different company who sent in their check. I didn’t organize the binder, but I really didn’t see it as top priority so it’s okay. Today we are just calling a few more possible advertisers. It was a productive week and very fun.

Weekly Goals:

Tuesday- Today I would like to go over what we talked about in our meeting and start thinking of ideas for theme, Hall Of Fame, and interview ideas. Also we will be calling back potential advertisers and get organized on where we stand with certain advertisers.

Wednesday- I hope to have people to fax information to. If not we will continue calling people.

Thursday- I hope to organize our binder, and also hopefully hear back from a few places and get a few ads in to organize.

Friday- By today hopefully the computer will be updated so that I can start on my pages in the yearbook. Also hopefully I will have some ideas for hall of fame/ theme to turn in.

Weekly Update: This week in Yearbook we did a lot. I helped Paityn and Keira with taking portraits for the people who didn’t have Yearbook photos by Lifetouch. Also the advertising team and I have been calling back all the people on our list who haven’t gotten back to us. Also we have had a meeting today about the pages for the yearbook. I am really enjoying this class and am glad to be getting so much done.

Weekly Update: This week in Yearbook I did some advertising work, because we have started calling people back that we needed to follow up with. Also we have a new member of our advertising team, and his name is Chase. Also we have had a couple of meetings and i have done homework in my extra time. Another thing that I have been doing this week is, helping Paityn and Keira with taking portrait photos of people who don’t have Lifetouch photos. It was a very good week and I am looking forward to the weekend because I am going to the coast.

Weekly Update: There has been a lot of progress made in the last four weeks for me in Yearbook. First of all we got two companies payments and ads for the yearbook advertising page. We also plan on calling some people back to remind them Another thing we finished for advertising is, faxing companies that haven’t agreed yet more information on the ads, and mailed thank you letters to those who did send in their payment and ad. Also, Carly and I have been working on checking portraits and finished the first round of doing this. A couple weeks ago we met Ana Black, who will be our new Lifetouch person. She seems very perfessional and is very kind. I feel that I have gotten a lot done and been very productive in this class. I am excited to continue in here the rest of the year.

Weekly Update: This was our first full week of school and it was pretty fun!! This week in Yearbook we decided jobs and I am going to be in charge of the advertising. I typed up a paper of what I will say to the sponsers, when I am asking them if they want their add in our Yearbook. This class I have a feeling will get harder as the year goes on. I am excited for the year to go on for this class.
