Reflection:
The second trimester is almost over and it has been fun to be in leadership. I have all of my community service hours. The actively night which was my Cal Young service project was a huge success. My great leader project is on the 9th and I’m feeling a little stressed but mostly prepared. Leadership is a good balance of work and time management and relaxation.

Reflection:
Leadership has been a little bit stressful, but mostly good since the las reflection. I’m all done with my community service hours and had fun doing them. I’m am not currently doing a Cal Young service project. My great leader project is going pretty well, and I’m excited to continue the video. Leadership is a fun and challenging class.

Reflection:
Leadership is going well, I’m trying to find a new CY service project, am doing well on Community Service, and am working on my Great Leader Project. I am having a hard time finding a Cal Young service project that I’m interested in that isn’t already taken. I’m almost done with all my Community Service, and am going to do some today. I am doing my Great Leader project on Mahatma Gandhi with a classmate. I’m enjoying and feeling pretty good about this class.

Reflection:
Leadership has gone well since the last reflection. I finished my first Cal Young service project, planning the latest activity night and I am in the process of finding a different project to work on. I am also working on deciding who to do my Great Leader project on. I have almost all of my community service hours and have really enjoyed doing community service. I have enjoyed the feel of this class and the activities we do.

Reflection:
So far this term leadership has been pretty good it is not to stressful of a class. I feel that in leadership you can do your work and not be to rushed so that you can make it quality. At the beginning of the trimester I set a leadership goal which was teamworking. I believe that I have improved my teamworking skills by working with my Cal Young service group on the Activity Night. I am happy to be continuing in this class.
Along with working at my goal I have been doing community and Cal Young service. For community service I already have over five hours out of the 10-15 hours required, and have a promise of about 5-6 more tomorrow volunteering at Gilham Elementary. For my Cal Young service project I planned the Activity Night taking place tonight ( Feb.4) with a group of other people in my class. Both of these things push me to help other out, and I’m glad Mr. Bliss has us do these things. I feel pretty good about both Community and Cal Young service, and like to do them.
