Hybrid In 123d Design
Description: Students will watch the 123d Design Playlist Tutorials (8 short videos) and make unique customized object based on the concepts, tools, and functions introduced in the 123d Design Playlist tutorials. Exercise objects must show representation of all tools and function introduced in the tutorials.
Bed:
Reflection: Making this hybrid was a good challenge. I tried to make a variety of different things before attempting the bed. First I took the kit parts that act as the ends of the bed. Then I used the cylinder primitives, adjusting the size to make the other sides. I used a primitives for the head board, middle pillow,and mattress. The other kit parts I use were the star pillows, which are a cylinder and a star charm kit part, and the support at the bottom of the mattress. I enjoyed the creativity of this assignment, and it was just the right amount of difficulty.
