Who would like this book? People who like fiction and are older then 11. I think both genders would like this book.

The goods on this book: Miranda is sixteen years old and still writes a diary, but maybe it’s a good thing. A meteor is going to hit and everyone gathers. When it hits is when the disaster start: the blizzards, earthquakes, volcanoes. Miranda and her family may be safe for while, but what happens when they run out of food or get sick? Nobody knows, but they do know that they have to keep each other alive. Miranda was never a happy person, but now she feels as if this experience has helped her in many ways. She knows what it means to struggle to survive, and in the end it was all worth it even if not everybody made it out alive. I thought this book was really good and had a lot of detail.

The details: 347 pages; 2006    Review by Mazzy N.
