City of Glass by Cassandra Clare

Who would like this book? Females and males who like biblically themed stories with gothic and supernatural qualities. Dark, humorous, and action-packed.
The goods on the book: City Of Glass is the third book in the Mortal Instruments series. It continues the story of Clary Fairchild, Jace Wayland, and their friends as they search for Valentine. The main problem in this story is that Valentine, Clary and Jace’s supposed father, is trying to destroy their ShadowHunter way of life by defeating The Clave, which is the Shadowhunter government. Clary and Jace also struggle because they are in love, but are apparently brother and sister. With twists and turns, and funny characters, warlocks and vampires and werewolves, this book adds greatly to the Mortal Instruments series. I think that it is very well written, and this is my second time reading this series.
