Who would like this book? People who like gods and mythology as well as action and a touch of romance.
Why? This book is about a boy named Percy who is a demigod, meaning he is the son of a god. His father is the very powerful Poseidon. Throughout the book, Percy has weird dreams about his friend Grover, and he believes that Grover may be in mortal danger. Percy also discovers that one of his best friends is a baby cyclopes that was abandoned as a child and is his baby brother. In this book, Percy, his friend Annabeth and his cyclopes brother work together to try to save Grover and the camp they call home.
