Dscription-Students build on their first PSA experience to make a Public Service Announcement using stills and video footage. Students brainstorm topic ideas as a class to pick topics for their PSAs. Students work in teams of 2-4 students. Students must develop the PSA with detailed documentation as follows, from start to finish. Content will be researched using a variety of proven sources, and images and video will be collected from various online and offline sources, and locations.
Reflection-It was really fun to use video in a PSA. It was also cool to get the interview. We had to think of a topic first, then we had a bit of disagreement on the script, but it was solved quickly. When we started recording, it was interesting to go around the school. We it was also awesome to do the shot where Miah was eating doritos, they were really good. Overall I think we did a good job, it came out nicely.
