Today we read primary source documents from ancient Egypt and took notes on a prehistory powerpoint. Please obtain primary source docs in class if you were absent and read them over. Watch Africa powerpoint andtake notes on each slide.

Water Simulation Lesson
We played a fun game that helped students consider the implications of water privatization for poor people in developing nations like Africa. We explored statistics that indicate fresh, available water is already unavailable to 1 billion humans, and that as population grows and industry & agriculture increase their use of fresh water, global supplies will be stretched very thin during the next 50 years. Get a reading packet in class that begins with the article, Ecological Footprints. Read the packet. Write a 1 page paper reflecting on what all the articles in the packet have in common.
