If you need Reina to translate a document for you, please follow these steps:

1. Select all the text. (Command + A or highlight with your mouse)

2. Copy the text. (Command + C)

3. Create an email to Reina (carcamo@4j.lane.edu) and paste (Command + V) the text in the message area.

4. Save Draft.

5. Go to the Google Translate website: http://translate.google.com/

6. Paste your text (Command + V) into the lefthand box.

7. Set the righthand box to Spanish.

8. Once it’s translated, select all the Spanish text. (Command + A or highlight with your mouse)

9. Copy all the Spanish text. (Command + C)

10. Go back to your Reina email in Zimbra and paste the Spanish text (Command + V) below the English text. She needs both to do an accurate translation.

11. Send to Reina.

12. Please allow her several days to get your translation done. She has a full class load plus recess duty.

NOTE: Do not send her a Word document as Word does not work with Google Translate.
