I talked with Read Naturally about the graphs not appearing on the printed report. The problem lies with our Apple computer and the Safari browser. Nothing RN can do will fix the problem from their end. Long story short, the easiest workaround is to take screen shots of the report you want and print it instead. Here’s how you do it:
1. Open up the Applications folder.
2. Scroll to the bottom and open up the Utilities folder.
3. Open up the Grab Program.
4. Look at the menu bar at the top of the screen and choose “Capture.”
5. A drop down menu will appear. Choose “Selection.”
6. Draw a box around the information you want on the report. Once you let go, Grab will take a snapshot of your selection and that selection will appear as a photo marked “untitled.” Save it to the desktop, naming it with that student’s name.
7. Once you’ve taken snapshots of all the reports you want, then you can print them to any printer of your choice.
