The first Room 10 Newsletter of the school year (pending) is a helpful document that explains some basics for our grade and school.
The school-wide Adams Alligators’ “Safe, Respectful, and Responsible” guidelines for all students are provided in a PDF for your reference. This sheet lists what we discuss, practice, review, and what students work on throughout the school year to create a safe, cooperative, and encouraging learning environment.
My classroom is a fragrance-free zone, to avert allergic reactions to scents and/or some chemicals. Please refrain from using or wearing scented items when spending time in our room. Our school is a “nut aware” campus and this year there are two designated nut lunch tables. If you pack nut-related items in your student’s lunch, he/she can sit with peers at that location to eat lunch. Thanks for making the school environment safe and comfortable for everyone!
