Summary: For this interview I interviewed my mom, Megan Starr on 11/25/2018 in Eugene, Oregon. This interview was approximately 7 minutes long and super fun. I selected my mom for this interview because I knew she would bring up really good conversations and really have fun with the interview. In this interview with my mom we talked a lot about my moms grandma and how she shaped her life. We also talked about how my mom was British so i asked her a lot about how that influenced her. Also I asked her about how she was as a kid and the problems and conflicts she had as a kid. This interview brought really good answers and was really fun to make so watch the whole video to find out more.
Reflection: My mom was really happy to be interviewed I think, because we haven’t had a lot of long conversations lately. I liked being able to take a minute to listen and spend time with her with no distractions. It was interesting to hear what she was like as a kid, I’m definitely very different from her. She talked about drinking tea because she’s British. Sometime I’d like to have tea with her, because that seems like a fun tradition. A few years ago she decided to open her own business with a business partner, and even though that was a difficult decision, I’m glad she took the risk. I get a lot of inspiration from my mom, and I’m glad I had the opportunity to learn more about her.
