Expansion
In general, the opinion is to wait it out and reach the Dyson Pair by normal expansion. A hundred years later, this is realized. The barrier dissipates and a hostile race, the Prime, are released. They fire upon your ships. However, at this point, your technology is so advanced that they make no difference. With ease, you exterminate the menace. Peace is guaranteed in the galaxy.
