Tonight you have your first homework assignment in your SN. Your task is to read pages 8-9 in the Properties of Matter Text Book. Please start on the right hand side of  page 5 in your SN and take notes on the reading. When you are finished, compose questions on the left hand column that are answered by the notes of the right. You should be able to read the question and see the answer directly to the right of it. The summary will be completed at the beginning of class on Thursday. For the summary you begin with a topic sentence which should be directly related to the essential question, followed by 3-5 sentences which can be written in the form of answers to your questions on the left. You should then add a conclusion sentence at the end of the paragraph
