Resources for this Summer!

Dear Students:

It’s going to be a long summer and so to keep your brain engaged I have collected a few resources for you. Below you will find a list of some suggested resources that will cover some of the ideas that we would have covered had we completed our Physics unit on Forces and Motion this spring. The rest of the topics on the atomic structure and the periodic table are part of what will be covered in 9th-grade science. This will be a good preview for students going into science 9. For students skipping the 9th-grade course, these might provide some good background for Biology or Chemistry. Some of the videos may go over your head in terms of the math required to understand them but try to get the gist out of the information. If you find a good resource that I haven’t included, send me the link and I will add it to the list.

Thanks,

Ms. Julie Hohenemser
