10 PSA Assignment
Description- Students research PSAs on topics relevant to middle and high school students (content age appropriate for Middle School students). Students use Google and YouTube, and other links to online sources for their searches. They are to find 10 PSAs that feel feel deliver a message effectively, engage the audience so the topic resonates. Attention is given to video and editing technique, and length of the PSAs. Research to complete this assignment takes approximately 3-4 class periods.
Reflection- This assignment was a fun activity where i searched the web for cool PSA’s and wrote reviews on them. This activity was fun because we were able to freely roam youtube and find cool stuff in all corners. My favorites were some of the cool 80’s anti drug ones but most of the best ones were made in the 2000’s. I hope we can do one of these assignments again because it was very enjoyable.
