Tuesday-Walked (60 minuets /m)
Wednesday-Walked to school (30 minutes /m)
Target range-the range of heart rates that creates the best training. Light and moderate aerobic activities don’t elevate your heart into the target zone.
Velocity-the speed of movement.-It’s hard to build velocity.
Stability-the amount to maintain balance.- I try to balance my diet.
Protein- substance in food that provides energy and is necessary for building.-I eat a lot of protein.
Acceleration-an increase in the speed (velocity) of a movement.-I can build acceleration by moving a certain velocity.
