Hi Kids,
The mid-year PACER run is coming, January 27-29. This is a chance to see how much you have improved since the fall run.
During the winter months, the air is colder and it is often harder to breathe. It’s always important to listen to your body, understand how you’re feeling and and do what your body tells you to do. As always, try your best, but if you’re not feeling your best on your running day, take it easy and stay healthy.
Be sure to bring good shoes for running, and clothes that are comfortable for movement. Good luck, and I’ll see you next week for the run.
