Description – Students pick a topic of their choice – preferably one they are passionate about, and can find enough supporting facts, evidence through research with online library resources and other web resources, research their topic and take notes using MS Word, learn how to make proper citations for a bibliography using MS Word, and write a minimum of 3 paragraphs (5-7 sentences each) using standard reporting formatting per specifications taught and modeled in class.
Reflection – My report is on alpacas. I personally think this was a pretty cool topic, and I liked doing this report. I had to take a lot of notes from online. I put my notes onto EasyBib, and cited my resources. Then, I printed my rough draft for 3 people to edit it. After they had checked it, I printed my final copy and bibliography. I think my overall work was pretty good for my first assignment.
