9th Global Literature: Short classes today. 9A Learned about Zazen Buddhism and made comparisons with our character in the novel, while my PM class completed their wish cards and got to read over my comments on their Australia Essays.
HW for all: Assignment #2 due next class as well as up to page 95 in the novel. Full discussion next class!
11th LOTA: Today we discussed “Song of Myself” but ran out of time to complete the second part of class. Homework will take a bit more time because I am asking you to listen to “Lilacs”

Also, because of our short class we did not get a change to discuss “Come up From the Fields Father”- this will be the poem for our passage analysis so do a thorough job with this- we will discuss both of these poems on Wednesday of next week.
