9th Grade (Both Sections)
We reviewed the Berlin Memorial Laws as well as reviewed the complexities of WWI and all countries involved. Students were put into groups of four where they selected a section of “master Race” to mind map. We will present these posters next class.
HW: Complete poster if need be; find and print out one piece of WWI or WWII propaganda (it does not have to be from Germany).
11th Grade Lota
Today was our introduction to Frost- we reviewed Frost style on Page 8 and read over his short poems on page 25. After, we paired up and completed a mock poem, aligning with Frost’s strict form of meter and rhyme, with one of the poems on page 25. See me for the 1/2 orange handout.
HW: Please read the essay in the beginning of your packet on page 2. Annotate essay and type up responses to the five questions. (Yes- I’m giving one more day for this assignment)
