HOTA – Great Depression Day Two

Hello! Let’s dive in, shall we?
- Group reading/teaching of Chapter 23 – “Affluence and Anxiety”
- Get into groups of 3-5 and divide chapter accordingly
- Each member of group will read their section and take notes
- When done with your section, take turns teaching rest of group about your section.
- Boom, chapter read.
- On a separate piece of paper write a 5/7/5 haiku about one thing you learned
- Homework: Read Chapter 24 in American People, “Intro” – up to, “Roosevelt and the First New Deal” and take notes on the requisite terms under “Reading One” in your packets. Be ready for a reading quiz.
