Hello! Here’s today’s agenda:
- Reading quiz #3
- Watch The Civil War to introduce ourselves to some of the major players in the war. We saw Lincoln, Jefferson Davis, Gen. George McClellen, Gen. U.S. Grant, and Gen. Sherman.
- Socratic discussion on Slavery. I don’t have the file for it, so please see me if you missed class.
- Homework: Read the start of Unit 5 to the start of the section titled “Lincoln’s Management of the War.” Quiz next class on the causes of the Civil War.
