Congratulations, you’ve found our class website. My name is Matt Wade and I’ve been teaching 4th and 5th grade in Eugene since the fall of 2005. I was born in Eugene and attended Harris Elementary School. I have one son who is going to be starting 9th grade at South Eugene High School this year. My family and I try to spend as much time as possible outside, mountain biking and hiking in the summer and skiing throughout the winter. I’m excited to be here at Edison and can’t wait to meet you.
The overall purpose of this site is to be used as a resource for students in class and at home. While I will occasionally update this site with important information, I will primarily be using email to get information home to families. Email will be the best way to get in contact with me. In addition, I will be blocking out several times throughout the week for families to be able to drop in and ask questions.
